The sources which provided material are located in 44 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Although a few items were received which could not be included in this exhibit, 1750 publications are listed. The only mate- rials that are not included in this catalog were as follows; 1. Materials that were received after the classification of items was completed on January 4, 1967. 2. Materials that are of a commercial nature and would be in competi- tion with the other exhibits at the convention. 3. Duplicate copies of materials which would overcrowd the limited space available for exhibit purposes. 4. Materials that were in a form that would be hard to manage, e.g., single sheet announcements, posters, etc. The committee wishes to thank all contributors for their response to the request for materials. For classification purposes the same categories are used that were em- ployed in the previous issue of this publication. It is hoped that this plan will facilitate its use. It war, the intent of the committee to furnish as much bibliographic information as possible although this was not complete in some of the publications received. Where necessary such entries as "no date," "unpaged," "various paging" were used. The listing of material in this catalog is for the convenience of confer- ence participants or other interested persons and is not to be construed as an endorsement of the committee or of the Associationfor Supervision and Cur- riculum Development. Requests for further information concerning materials should be directed to the organization which published the material itself and not to the ASCD or this committee. The committee wishes to thank Virginia Berthy and Robert R. Leeper of the ASCD office for the assistance given in the production ()I. this publication. Thanks are also given to the volunteer workers who helped with the examina- tion and classification of materials.
