Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 4  Is based on the wisdom of the ancient vineyards of Garnatxa and Samso, and the old tradition of from the ancient vine growers.  Our knowledge to express the environment of these wild vineyards among the majestic Priorat mountains.

Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 7  Old Garnatxa and Samso (Carinyena)  Poor stony soil, it makes the vine suffer having very low (15-25 hl/hect.)  Extreme weather conditions: very cold winter and dry hot summer.

Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 8  Working on the .  Old vineyards were planted when vinegrowers used horse or donkey for vineyard labours. Now as they can’t be worked by tractor, labours are made by human work.

Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 9 Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 10  30 % Garnatxa and 70 % Samsó also called Carinyena  Manual harvesting the grape when it is fully ripe and have achieved the complete tannin ripeness.  Diversity of harsh and barren stony sandy with clay soils and also with rolling stones.  No fining neither filtering to keep the natural expressivity of the .  The wine comes from vineyard from different parts of Priorat area : El Molar , Cornudella , , Poboleda , , Bellmunt… always based on Licorella soil from 300 to 750 metres of altitude.

 70% Garnatxa and 30% Macabeu  Diversity of harsh and barren stony sandy with clay soils and also with rolling stones.  No fining neither filtering to keep the natural expressivity of the wine.  The wine is partially fermented and aged in French barrels (30% of the wine) and in Stainless steel tanks (70% of the wine).  +Ritme is a fruity, balanced, formidable wine which expresses the singularity and tough personality of the Priorat region

Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 12  Plaer means pleasure ( placer ) . We are looking for expressing all the pleasure and identity of singular Priorat area .  This wine comes from a selection of beautiful exceptional old vineyards from 40 to 60 years .  Vineyards are from different parts of Priorat area , always based on Licorella soil from 300 to 650 metres of altitude.  As the philosophy of RITME CELLER this wine is based only on native , indigenous varieties, 80% Carinyena (Cariñena, samsó ) and 20 % Garnatxa.  Grapes are hand harvested and selected in the vineyards and again in the cellar . The wine is aged 12 months in one year old French oak barrels.

Ritme Celler, DOQ Priorat 13  Etern means eternity ( eterno ) . Priorat sloping hills vinyards are eternal because they are so tough , deep and spiritual it seems they will be alive for ever.  This wine comes from a selection of beautiful and exceptional sloping hills old vineyards from 70 to 95 years old in the Priorat region. They are very very low yield vineyard , only 300 to 700 gr. per vine production .  As the philosophy of RITME CELLER this wine is based only on native , indigenous varieties 80% Carinyena (Cariñena, samsó ) and 20 % Garnatxa . Only 1660 bottles production .  The wine is aged 12 months in new Allier low tosted French oak barrels from the best selection of the Tonnelerie .
