Board Members Present: Colonel Kedrick Wills, Director, Idaho (ISP)

Board Members Present via phone: Sheriff Eric Snarr, Minidoka County Sheriff’s Office (Chairman) Sheriff Shaun Gough, Gooding County Sheriff’s Office Chief Craig Kingsbury, Twin Falls Police Department Chief Jeff Lavey, Meridian Police Department Charlie Spencer, Idaho State Police (ISP)

Non-Members Present: Leila McNeill, Chief ISP Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI)

I. Opening a) Call to Order a) Chairman Snarr called the ILETS Board meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. b) Silent Roll Call of Board Members a) A silent roll call was conducted. All Board members were present.

II. Reauthorization of ILETS IDAPA Rules Chairman Snarr opened the meeting with a request for a motion to reauthorize the ILETS Administrative Rules.

Motion: Chief Kingsbury moved to reauthorize the temporary ILETS Administrative Rules. Colonel Wills seconded the motion. Chairman Snarr called for any discussion. There was none.

Aye votes: 6 Nay votes: 0 Motion passed.

Major Spencer stated that because the legislature did not ratify rules at the end of session, the board was being required to implement and reauthorize ILETS rule as a temporary rule. As a board, we are required by Statute on any IDAPA rule, we have to reauthorize those before we go through the rule making process.

Chairman Snarr opened the floor for a motion to adjourn if no other items for discussion were needed.

Motion: Sheriff Gough moved to adjourn. Chief Kingsbury seconded the motion.
