The following resolutions are made: 1. It is decided to prepare the calendar of events of the college and all the departments of the academic year 2018-19. 2. It is decided to prepare the list of activities of all the departments of the year 2017-18. 3. All departments have decided to continue the Certificate Courses for the year 2018-19.But the department of Political Science decided to introduce the Certificate Course o „Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Institutions‟.

The following resolutions are made: 1. It is decided to complete the syllabus before second week of October and to start the revision of the whole syllabus till last day of the I Term. 2. It is decided to organize the Rani Channamma University Zonal Level Men and Women Handball Tournament and University Blue selection on 11th & 12th October 2018. 3. It is decided to conduct the Certificate classes during second term. 4. IQAC has decided to conduct the II Internal Test 1st week of October 2018. 5. It is decided to organize the College Annual Sports Meet in 2nd week of October.

It is decided to conduct the competitive coaching classes for 10 days from 9th Feb, 2019 to 19th Feb, 2019 I association with Bulbule‟s Academy, Dharwad.

It is decided to organize International Women‟s Day on 8th March, 2019. 4. It is decided to conduct th AIDS Awareness Programme on 18th March, 2019. 5. It is decided to organize NSS Annual Special Camp at Karikatti from 23rd – 29th March, 2019. 6. It is decided to organize the cultural fest in association with College Union. 7. It is decided to celebrate Annual Day on 10th April, 2019.
