Some- times people hide and ignore their trauma in order to block out their emotional issues and not deal with their mental health. Given the diffi- culties of living life, it can be tough to face trauma. However, people dealing with trauma should know that there is help out there, there is hope and better days are coming. The statistics surrounding the dangers of trauma are troubling.
