GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS TAMIL NADU WAKF BOARD, CHENNAI Taking over the Direct Management of Muslim Muhallam Wakf, Colachel, Kanyakumari district under direct control of Tamil Nadu Wakf Board. (Rc. No. 14602/07/B19/K.K./RTI) No. VI-3(a)/105/2010. In exercise of the powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its proceedings in Item No. 184/09 in Rc. No. 14602/07/B19/K.K./RTI, dated 19th January 2010 has ordered to take over the management of Muslim Muhallam Wakf, Colachel, Kanyakumari District, under the direct control of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board for the period of one year from the date of notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and to appoint the Superintendent of Wakfs, Tirunelveli as its Executive Officer.
