Oceania Weightlifting Federation Affiliated to the International Weightlifting Federation OCEANIA WEIGHTLIFTING FEDERATION AFFILIATED TO THE INTERNATIONAL WEIGHTLIFTING FEDERATION 2013 ZKC EMAIL INTERNATIONAL CLUB TOURNAMENT Congratulation to the winning teams: TABORIO CLUB FROM KIRIBATI AND THE HAUNABADA CLUB FROM PAPUA NEW GUINEA The ZKC Email International Club Tournament which concluded on July 31st was once again a great success for club lifters. The winning club in the male section was TABORIO Club from KIRIBATI, whilst in the female section it was the Haunabada Club from Papua New Guinea. This is the fourth successive year for the Haunabada Club to win the female section. Both clubs will each receive one Olympic barbell set from ZKC who is the sponsor of the tournament. On behalf of the OWF, I would like to thank the General Manager of the ZKC Company, Mr. Zhang Zhiguo, for his support and contribution toward this event and also towards the development of weightlifting at club level worldwide. We also like to thank the IWF for their support in promoting the event. The Oceania Weightlifting Federation wishes to thank every club which took part in this year’s tournament and congratulations to the individual winners and to the two winning clubs.     REPORT SULLE VIOLAZIONI DELLE LIBERTÀ FONDAMENTALI CAUSATE DALLE LEGGI SULL’OMOTRANSFOBIA Report sulle violazioni delle libertà fondamentali causate dalle leggi sull’omotransfobia L’omotransfobia è diventata una “clava” utile a colpire chi si oppone all’agenda LGBT- QIA+ (lesbica, gay, bisessuale, transgender, queer, intersessuale, asessuale e panses- suale). Le accuse di “omofobia” e di “transfobia” sono spesso utilizzate come pretesto per attaccare le persone, comprimendo il diritto alla libertà di pensiero e di religione, o per negare altri diritti, ad esempio nell’ambito del lavoro e dell’iniziativa economica privata. In questo documento elencheremo, nella prima parte, esempi di quello che accade nei paesi dove vigono leggi anti omotransfobia simili a quelle proposte in Italia. Le leggi anti omotransfobia tipicamente impongono il concetto di “identità di genere”, obbligando a trattare la persona c.d. “transgender” in base all’identità soggettivamen- te percepita nonostante ogni contraria evidenza fisica, biologica, morfologica, ecc. Ad esempio, se un maschio si percepisse come “donna”, sarebbe obbligatorio con- siderarlo e trattarlo in tutto e per tutto come una donna, sotto pena di commettere o istigare alla disciminazione. L’imposizione dell’identità di genere ha favorito, in molti paesi, situazioni in cui le donne sono state discriminate o messe in pericolo in quanto ambiti a loro usualmente riservati (ad es. spogliatoi, carceri femminili, sport femminili, ecc.) sono stati occupati da maschi transgender (che si percepiscono come “donne”). Pertanto, in primo luogo, elencheremo alcuni casi di violenza, abusi e altre violazioni dei diritti delle donne dovute all’imposizione del transgenderismo. In secondo luogo, presenteremo casi di persone denunciate, censurate o attaccate per la loro contra- rietà alla partecipazione dei maschi trans alle competizioni sportive agonistiche fem- minili e all’ingresso dei maschi biologici nei bagni o negli spogliatoi delle donne.

    OCEANIA WEIGHTLIFTING FEDERATION AFFILIATED TO THE INTERNATIONAL WEIGHTLIFTING FEDERATION 2017 ZKC EMAIL INTERNATIONAL CLUB TOURNAMENT 706 PARTICIPANTS (MEN 380- WOMEN 326) Congratulations to the PHOENIX CLUB -AUSTRALIA for winning the Men team points and Congratulations to the FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH CLUB - NEW ZEALAND for winning the Women team points The ZKC Email International Club Tournament which concluded on August 5th, was once again a great success for club lifters. The record breaking entries of 706 participants from 116 clubs. The PHOENIX Club and the FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH Club will receive two Olympic barbell training sets each, from ZKC who is the sponsor of the tournament. On behalf of the OWF, I would like to thank the General Manager of the ZKC Company, Mr. Zhang Zhiguo, for his support and contribution toward this event and also towards the development of weightlifting at club level worldwide. We also would like to thank the IWF for their support in promoting the event.
