Formal Consultation The draft Plan Strategy will be open for formal public consultation for a period of eight weeks, commencing on 16 October 2019 and closing at 5pm on 11 December 2019. Please note that representations received after the closing date on 11 December will not be considered. The draft Plan Strategy is published along with a range of assessments which are also open for public consultation over this period.
