Some Chicago teens are opting to pay for high school diplomas that they can earn in 14 weeks. More and more of these "fast diploma" schools are cropping up in Chicago. Why do the "fast diploma" schools appear to be more attractive than the GED programs, even though the GED is accepted by more colleges?
