Al final de los dos días ACTUAL IDAD se recaudaron más de 400 Kilos para la ONG. La Herrería se transforma Xadrez Na Rua es una actividad organizada por la EXP y los colegios en ajedrecista. de la ciudad del Lerez, en la cual se reúne todo aquel niño de entre 6 y 12 años que le guste el ajedrez. En esta ocasión la participación fue de 250 chicos/as que disfrutaron de una tarde maravillosa jugando al ajedrez teniendo de fondo la Peregrina y un marco incomparable como es la Plaza de la Herrería. Todos los participantes se llevaron un recuerdo de la actividad en forma de camiseta y una medalla conmemorativa. El último fin de semana de mayo, la plaza de la Herrería de Pontevedra estuvo repleta de ajedrez por sus cuatro esquinas con más de 500 participantes. Gracias a que la Escola Xadrez Pontevedra organizara el viernes 27 el ´´ II Xadrez Na Rua ´´ y el sábado 28 el ´´ II PonteXadrez al Aire Libre ´´´´. INTRODUCCION El conjunto del juego de ajedrez con el tablero y las piezas colocadas en posición inicial nos hace recordar un campo de batalla, definido por unos límites en el cual se enfrentan dos ejércitos claramente diferenciados prestos a entrar en combate. Las 64 casillas por donde ha de discurrir la confrontación están bien diferenciadas, siendo de color claro la mitad de ellas y la otra mitad, de color oscuro. The fight for the title was very exciting, as two players were constantly in the joint lead: Jovana Vojinovic and Andjelija Stojanovic. Eventually both tied for the first place with 8 points, but thanks to the better tie-break Vojinovic triumphed.
