INFOCOM CMAI National Telecom Awards – Saluting Nation Builders

INFOCOM – a Businessworld initiative and CMAI Association of India jointly organized National Telecom Awards with Bloomberg UTV as TV partner, on July 24, 2009 at New Delhi. Attended by over 600 delegates representing the who’s who of the telecom and related industries, the event received much acclaim and has been recognized by the industry as the largest Telecom Awards event in the country. The awards were presented by Shri Gurudas Kamat, Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications & IT along with Dr J S Sarma, IAS ,Chairman – TRAI and Shri Siddhartha Behura, Secretary - Department of Telecom.

The second edition of the event, INFOCOM CMAI National Telecom Awards 2010 will acknowledge the leaders of the Telecom and ICT Industry on 20 th May, 2010 at The Lalit, New Delhi coinciding with the celebration of World Telecommunication & Information Society Day, which marks the anniversary of the signature of the first international Telegraph Convention in 1865 and the creation of the International Telecommunication Union.
