ANNOUNCEMENT OF MERGER
To Whom It May Concern,
We are pleased to announce that, effective April 1, Tokyo Boeki Machinery Ltd. will merge. with Tokyo Boeki Engineering Ltd. The new company will operate under the name of TB Global Technologies Ltd., with the business operations, rights, and liabilities of the two former companies being inherited by the new company.
The merger has been undertaken to improve our capability to provide comprehensive solutions-development, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance services for our main products. These include energy-related equipment and machinery, such as loading arms and swivel joints.
By combining the trading and manufacturing functions of our Group, we also aim to explore new business frontiers that will contribute to meet the expectations and demands of our customers.
