For the honeyed Mascarpone 250g (8oz) Mascarpone Cheese 1x 15ml sp (1 tbsp) runny Bell’s Scotch 3 x 15ml sp (3 tbsp) icing Dumpling Slices 4 x 15ml (4 tbsp) Tesco Toasted flaked almonds

For the stacks 1 packet of Bells Scotch Dumpling Slices 4 oranges, peeled and cut into segments

For the sauce 200ml (7fl oz) Fresh Orange juice 125g (4oz) castor sugar Zest of 1 orange Method Tesco Mascarpone 1. Place the mascarpone cheese into a bowl, add the honey and mix. Add the icing sugar and stir thoroughly. 2. Add half of the toasted almonds, stir and set aside in the fridge. 3. Meanwhile make the orange syrup by placing the orange juice in a pan and add the sugar. Bring to a rolling boil until the liquid becomes thick and syrupy. Add the orange zest and leave aside to cool slightly. 4. When the syrup has cooled slightly, add the segments of three of the oranges. 5. To prepare the stacks, cut each slice of dumpling into four quarters. For each stack, place one quarter of dumpling onto a serving plate, add a spoonful of the honeyed mascarpone and place an orange segment, which has been placed in the syrup on top of the Tesco Oranges mascarpone. Top with the second quarter of dumpling and repeat with mascarpone and orange. Finish with a mascarpone and orange layer. 6.
