Surveying customers to the tune of 37,339 ratings, Lincluding specific data points on 10 restaurant brand attributes like Cleanliness, Value, Service and Craveability, Consumer Picks ranks 173 chains on whether or not their guests are feeling the love. In this year’s report, starting on page 10, there is valuable analysis on top strat- egies to win over the customer, from the simplicity of cleaning the restaurant to the more complex undertaking of introducing an app to provide guests access to quick mobile payment options. Some winning brands relaunched menus and oth- ers redesigned restaurants. Scrip Program The next Scrip order deadline is Friday, November 6th, at 8:00 AM, with delivery the following Wednesday or before. An updated order form is attached and is on the school website at hchscov.com. It is also available in the school office. After this, there will only be one more Scrip order date before Christmas, so please plan ahead and order some Scrip now for Christmas. CHRISTMAS IS ONLY 2 MONTHS AWAY! You can start your own personal Christmas club by purchasing Scrip from HCHS every month. Then, when it’s time to Christmas shop, just use all of the Scrip that you have been buying and saving to buy gifts. To make things even easier, just give the Scrip as the gift and let the recipient do their own shopping. BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY ARE JUST A FEW WEEKS AWAY!
