PLAYER OF THE YEAR BALLOT – Luke Guthrie, Russell Henley and have been nominated by the Web.com Tour Player Advisory Council for 2012 Player of the Year. The award is based on a vote of the Web.com Tour membership. The winner will be announced in December.

NO. 1 PERKS – Casey Wittenberg nailed down the top spot on the money list with a T9 finish at the recent Web.com Tour Championship at TPC Craig Ranch. The Memphis native finished $22,860 ahead of Luke Guthrie. In addition to securing fully-exempt privileges for 2013, which means he is eligible for all co- sanctioned PGA TOUR events (excluding invitationals), Wittenberg receives an invitation to .

CLASS OF 2012 BREAKDOWN • The youngest members of the Class of 2012 are a pair of 22-year-olds, Ben Kohles (2/24/90) and Luke Guthrie (1/31/90). They are followed by Russell Henley and Morgan Hoffmann , both 23. At 39, Darron Stiles is the eldest member of the class. Twelve players are under 30, with three more age 30. • 15 will be first-time members of the PGA TOUR. • Six were born outside the United States – James Hahn /South Korea, David Lingmerth /Sweden, Cameron Percy /Australia, Scott Gardiner /Australia, Brad Fritsch /Canada and Alistair Presnell/ Australia.

RISING IN THE RANKS – Five players who had no status on the Web.com Tour at the beginning of the season earned membership by season’s end. The group includes (with final position on money list) Luke Guthrie (No. 2), Ben Kohles (8 th ), Morgan Hoffmann (19 th ), Kevin Foley (52 nd ), Scott Harrington (69 th ) and Patrick Cantlay (79 th ).

QUOTABLE – “I love you – but I hate you, man!” Adam Hadwin ’s comment to James Hahn , after Hahn made a remarkable up-and-down for birdie on the 72 nd hole of the Web.com Tour Championship to grab solo second place and knock his Canadian friend from 25 th to 30 th spot in the final Web.com Tour money standings. In a classy move, Hadwin went back stage at the beginning of the PGA TOUR Card Ceremony to congratulate his many friends and fellow competitors who earned cards.

CONTRASTING FINISHES FOR FORMER COWBOY TEAMMATES – Just two years ago, Morgan Hoffmann and Peter Uihlein were teammates on Oklahoma State University’s powerhouse golf team. In 2012, they were professionals playing worlds apart. Hoffmann started the season with no status on any tour, landing on the Web.com Tour in the summer, while Uihlein competed on the European Tour’s Challenge Tour. Their seasons finished in a unique contrast on Oct. 28 th . Each entered their respective tour’s season finale six spots off the bubble positions of 25 th (Web.com Tour) and 20 th (Challenge Tour). A

T3 finish by the New Jersey native Hoffmann jumped him 12 spots to No. 19 and a place on the PGA TOUR in 2013. Not so fortunate was Massachusetts’ Uihlein, whose T12 finish in Italy left his position unchanged.

FRITSCH TO PROMOTE HOMETOWN NHL SENATORS – Ottawa Brad Fritsch not only earned a spot on the PGA TOUR in 2013, he earned a spot on his hometown Ottawa Senators – well, sort of. The 34- year-old (turns 35 on Nov. 9 th ) who went to Campbell University in North Carolina and still lives in the area, has signed a deal with the Ottawa Senators of the NHL to wear the team’s logo on his shirt and golf bag in 2013. Fellow Canadian Adam Hadwin is sponsored by the Vancouver Canucks. A longtime resident of the Vancouver area, Hadwin came within one shot of joining Fritsch on the PGA TOUR next year, only to be done in by James Hahn ’s 72 nd -hole birdie at the Web.com Tour Championship. See “Quotable” above.

JASON GORE SUPPORTS NASCAR’S KEVIN HARVICK – Seven-time Web.com Tour winner Jason Gore will support fellow Californian Kevin Harvick on Nov. 7 th at the NASCAR Sprint Cup driver’s “Third Annual Happy’s Classic Golf Tournament” at Bakersfield Country Club. The event will benefit the Kevin Harvick Foundation, which will present an athletic scholarship to California State University-Bakersfield golf team member Chase Goodvin . Harvick is a native of Bakersfield. Bakersfield Country Club played host to the very first Web.com Tour event, the Bakersfield Open, held Feb. 2-4, 1990.
