47Th Shakaijin Tournament 47th shakaijin regional tournaments Introduction: The shakaijin tournament is a national tournament for Japan cat. 1 – shakaijin (adults) teams only. 1 – 47 Prefectoral tournaments for shakaijin teams from prefectoral leagues only, winners enter the regional tournaments with teams from regional leagues. 2 - 9 Regional tournaments for the winners of the prefectoral cups and teams from regional leagues. Winners qualifies for the National tournament 3 – The National shakaijin tournament held in the prefecture of Gifu Both finalists (or semi-finalists) would be eligible to enter the 35 th National Regional leagues promotion tournament which decides the entry into the JFL, nationwide 3 rd division. The following results start at the regional stage, schedules and tournament format could be different from a region to an other. 47 th HOKKAIDÔ shakaijin tournament 16 teams from Hokkaidô region playing each others in a single round robin. Norbritz Hokkaidô (as defending champion) and Sapporo U. Goal Plunderers (as host) qualify, the 14 others teams won the district tournaments from Tokachi, Sapporo, Hakodate, Muroran, Nemuro, Sorachi, Kitasorachi, Tomakomai, Otaru, Chitose & Asahikawa. (fondé en février 2007) Création : 2003 Stade(s) : Okinawa athletic stadium (25.000 places), Chatan Park (14.000 places) Site internet : http://fcryukyu.com Le FC Ryukyu est né en 2003 suite aux tentatives infructueuses d’Okinawa Kariyushi d’entrer en JFL. Cette dernière fut la première formation de l’archipel des Ryukyu à vouloir créer un club pour la J-League mais l’instabilité financière de Kariyushi a poussé d’anciens joueurs à fonder un autre club. Ce dernier fit ses débuts en division 3 du championnat d’Okinawa puis reçu le privilège de passer en division 1 l’année suivante. Encore une fois, ce fut une formalité mais l’arrivée en ligue régionale du Kyushu fut moins aisée car au même moment la préfecture de Kumamoto décidait elle aussi de fonder un club avec le même objectif : Rosso Kumamoto. Bien qu’ils terminèrent second, Ryukyu décrochait haut la main la promotion en JFL. Les premières saisons en JFL furent difficiles et en 2008 pour mettre un coup d’accélérateur au projet, le président Sakakibara réussi à attirer Philippe Troussier en tant que Manager général, au fil du temps ce dernier devint plutôt un ambassadeur des sports à Okinawa. Bien qu’il ait rejoint le championnat chinois l’an passé, son image reste associée au club… Cependant le projet du FC Ryukyu patine quelque peu et le club n’a toujours pas le statut de membre associé de la J-League.

Création : 2007 Stade(s) : SG Holdings Group Moriyama stadium (1.000 places) Site internet : http://www.sagawa-shiga-fc.jp/ Si Sagawa Shiga est né en 2007, son histoire est un peu plus ancienne et trouve ses origine dans deux équipe de la compagnie Sagawa Express l’une située à Tôkyô et l’autre à Osaka. Ces deux équipes faisaient parties du groupe Sagawa au même titre que plusieurs autres (West Sagawa express à Hokkaidô, une autre dans le Tôhoku, une autre à Kyoto (devenue Mio Biwako Kusatsu) ou dans le Chûgoku. Sagawa Tokyo et Osaka sont celles qui ont connus le plus de succès et elles sont parvenues à entrer en JFL début des années 2000 (Tokyo en 2001 et Osaka en 2002). Rapidement la formation de Tokyo s’est imposée comme une des formations dominante en JFL tandis que celle d’Osaka est restée dans le ventre mou. Toutes deux s’appuyaient déjà sur un recrutement alliant des jeunes joueurs de J-League et d’autres recrutés dans des universités. Malgré ce relatif succès, la structure du club est restée simple et contrairement à Honda FC, pas de centre de formation ni de projet d’implication locale. En 2007, les deux formations ont fusionné (toutes les autres équipes du groupe ont disparu, certainement un changement dans la politique de l’entreprise de concentrer ses efforts sur une seule formation) en une entité composée d’une moitié de l’effectif de chacune ce qui eu pour effet immédiat de faire décrocher son premier titre de JFL avec 14 points d’avance sur…Rosso Kumamoto et 23 sur le FC Gifu.
