 2013 Leone de Castris Salice Salintino - Maiana ($10) 90% Negroamaro, 10% Malvasia Nera A delicious Italian red wine that is terrific for the money. Expressive notes of ripe plum mingled with blackberry jam and sweet spice. On the palate, Maiana is full-bodied and robust.

 2015 Les Millaux Bordeaux ($13) A Merlot heavy blend along with an untold amount of Cab and Cab Franc. This smooth meritage offers up generous notes of cassis, dried currants, and sour cherry. Hints of smoking oak and cedar spice grace the nose and palate while notes of sweet vanilla and white pepper dominate the hearty finish.

 2010 Clos Lalfert Vine de Pays L'Herault ($12) 90% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carignan Showing plenty of cedar wood, spices and tinges of vanilla, with solid cassis and blackberry-styled fruit, it hits the palate with medium-bodied richness and depth, good texture, and firm tannin.  2013 Castell del Remei Gotim Bru, Costers del Segre ($14) 45% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacha, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 8%Syrah Castell del Remei was built in 1780 in Penelles. The wine has complex aromas of red fruit preserves with hints of toffee, sweet spices and toasted notes. It has a long finish with notes of dried fruit ad lingering tannins.

 2011 Gallety Cotes du Vivarais ($15) 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah From the Ardèche region of the Rhone, This wine comes from very old Grenache and Syrah vines, average of 50 years old. This gives the wines extra layers of wild berry fruit tinged with local herb, thyme and garrigue flavours, deep concentration, power and complexity. Biodynamic. Was $26, Now $15

 2015 Honoro Vera Monestrell ($10) A fresh unoaked monestrell from Juan Gil. Good fruit notes without being heavy or too juicy. Organic

 2012 Buisson Aligote Vieilles Vignes ($15) The other white Grape of Burgundy. The Buisson has an exceptionally fresh and spicy nose of mostly pear and citrus scents leads to energetic and well-detailed middle weight flavors that terminate in a saline-inflected, clean, dry and utterly delicious finish. 12.5% alcohol by volume

 2015 Chateau Bizard Blanc d'Amour ($13) 40% , 40% , 10% , 10% Rousanne A full and resinious Rhone white with lots of pear and apple notes. 13% alcohol by volume

 2014 Pascal Jolivet Attitude ($13) Sauvignon Blanc Attitude Sauvignon Blanc is produced from an estate owned single vineyard within the appellation of Chevery located to the west of Sancerre. The wine has a freshness in mouth, delicate green and lemon flavors, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and elegance. 13% alcohol by volume

 2014 La Caplana Gavi di Gavi ($13) Cortesse A smooth and supple Gavi with the scent of white flowers and an aromatic trace of minerals. The taste is pleasantly fresh, savory and balanced with a fine structure and almonds aftertaste. 12% alcohol by volume

 2014 Roche de Bellene Saint Veran ($15) The Saint-Véran appellation lies in the south of the Mâconnais region with rocky soil made of fossiliferous limestone of the Middle Jurassic. The Baellene is well-rounded, with subtle fruit and floral aromas. It has a good acidity, and a lively mineral character and refreshing finish. Aged in neutral oak barrels. 13% alcohol by volume

 2007 Quinta do Carma ($15) 40% Aragonez, 30% Alicante Bouschet, 20%Trincadeira, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon A big Portuguse Red with complex aromas of red fruits and traces of vanilla.  2011 Chapoutier Pinteivera ($15) Toriga Nacional From Rhone producer, M. Chapoutier, this is a new venture. The style is elegant while also powerful and complex. It brings out strong minerality, black currant fruit and tense acidity. Was $30, Now $15

 2015 Popolo di Indie vino Rosso ($13) 45% Nebbiolo, 35% Barbera, 20% Dolcetto The Barbera brings the acidity and bright fruit, the Nebbiolo brings the tannins and the aromatics, and the Dolcetto brings the softness and rounds out the blend. Good Piedmont juice at a grat price. 12.5% alcohol by volume

 2015 Bernard Magny Bleu de Mer ($15) 70% Grenache, 30% Cinsault From the Languedoc this full rose has aromas of watermelon and cherry preceed focused flavors of tart cherry and berry that are framed by prickly acidity. The finish is but crisp and mouthwatering. 12.5% alcohol by volume
