"This is just another step forward as we continue to build upon the success Seaborne is experiencing in Puerto Rico and throughout the Caribbean", added Foss."We would like to extend a special thanks to Governor Alejandro Garcia Padilla, Grace M. Santana, Chief of Staff to the Governor as well as PRIFA Executive Director and Cesar R. Perez, PRIFA Deputy Director, for their support to Seaborne Airlines in this project.
