INFORMATION ON BTO FLATS IN AUG 2016 EXERCISE

BUANGKOK WOODS

Buangkok Woods is bounded by Buangkok Crescent and Buangkok Link. It has 711 flats, comprising 364 units of 2-room Flexi, 97 units of 3-room and 250 units of 4- room flats. A childcare centre will be provided in the development.

2 Within Buangkok Woods, a roof garden on top of the multi-storey car park (MSCP) and three sky terraces at the 8th storey of Block 993A and 994A as well as 9th storey of Block 994C, provide alternative outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy and increase the social interaction among residents. These roof garden and sky terraces are open to the public.

3 Residents will be served by the Buangkok MRT station. For their shopping and dining needs, residents can head to Green Shopping Mall, Hougang 1 or the Neighbourhood Centre (NC) at Hougang Avenue 8. More choices are available at Hougang Mall and Kang Kar Mall at the Hougang town centre where the Hougang MRT station and bus interchange are located. For leisure, residents can visit the Buangkok Park Connector, Hougang Stadium, Hougang Swimming Complex, Hougang Sports Hall and Public library. They can also participate in activities organised by the Community Club.

EASTDELTA @ CANBERRA

4 EastDelta @ Canberra is bounded by Canberra Way and Canberra Street, near Sungei Kiri. There are 570 flats comprising 304 units of 4-room and 266 units of 5-room flats. An eating house, minimart, shops and a childcare centre will be provided.

5 Within the development, the publicly-accessible roof garden of the MSCP with lush greeneries, seating areas and community garden for the residents to relax in, provides space for community gathering and bonding among residents.

6 A network of bus services, providing good transport links from EastDelta @ Canberra to the proposed Canberra MRT station (under construction), MRT station and bus interchange, and Sembawang town centre. Residents can patronize Sun Plaza, Sembawang Shopping Centre and Sembawang Mart (an HDB NC) for their shopping and dining needs. For leisure, residents can stroll or jog along the nearby park connector which leads to various parks in Sembawang. In addition, residents can participate in the recreational activities organized by the Sembawang Community Club.

TAMPINES GREENVERGE and GREENVIEW

7 There are two BTO projects in Tampines Town offered for sale. These projects are located along Tampines Avenue 6 and the details are set out in Table A1(a).

8 Within these developments, the various roof gardens serve as alternative outdoor space for residents to enjoy, interact and bond as well as provide visual green relief. The roof gardens are accessible to the residents and also open to the public.

9 Residents of both projects will be served by a wide range of facilities in Tampines Regional Centre, where the Tampines MRT Station and bus interchange are located. There are plenty of shopping, dining and recreational amenities such as Century Square, Tampines 1, Tampines Mall, Sun Plaza Park, Tampines Swimming Complex and Tampines Regional Library. Residents can also participate in the activities organized by the Tampines North Community Club.

VALLEY SPRING @

10 Valley Spring @ Yishun is bounded by Yishun Avenue 6 and Avenue 8. There are 824 flats, comprising 416 units of 2-room Flexi, 100 units of 3-room and 308 units of 4-room flats. A childcare centre and a RC Centre will be provided.

11 Within Valley Spring @ Yishun, a roof garden on top of the multi-storey car park provides space for community gathering and bonding among residents. Three sky terraces located at 8th storey of Block 478A, 478B and 478C provide alternative outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy and increase the social interaction among residents. These roof garden and sky terraces are also open to the public.

12 Residents can patronize Yishun Mall, an HDB NC, for a wide variety of food choices, as well as goods and services. For recreation, residents can visit Yishun Park and Yishun Swimming Complex. They can also participate in the various activities organized by the Nee Soon East Community Club. Medical services are available at Yishun Polyclinic (interim) and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

13 The development is linked by a network of bus services, providing good transport links to the Yishun Town Centre, where there are more shopping and dining options, such as Northpoint Shopping Centre. Yishun MRT station and bus interchange provide connectivity to the rest of .

a) 2-room Flexi Flats

14 The 2-room Flexi flats will be available in two sizes, 36 and 45 sqm. All buyers of the 2-room Flexi flats will have the option of flooring (Package 1) and sanitary fittings (Package 2) under the OCS. Elderly buyers of 2-room Flexi flats on short leases who wish to have a flat in a move-in condition can also choose an additional package (Package 3), see Table A(2) for details. The cost of the optional components will be added to the selling price of the flat. Grab bars will be automatically provided for short- lease 2-room Flexi flats.

15 To provide greater flexibility in furniture layout and design, the “open kitchen” concept is provided for some 3-room and bigger flat types in the Aug 2016 BTO projects. Buyers will be given a choice to opt for a partition wall between the living/dining area and the kitchen, if they do not want the “open kitchen” concept.

16 Buyers of new 3-room and bigger flats can opt for flooring for the living/dining and bedroom, as well as internal doors and sanitary fittings in bathrooms (i.e. wash basin, water tap and shower mixer). The cost of the optional components (see Table A(3) below) will be added to the selling price of the flat.
