Whereas, the unabated increase in number of infections and active cases in the State indicates that more necds to be done with increased participation of the people and its representatives. Now, therefore, the Governor ofManipur is pleased to constitute Village/Ward Level Task Force as detail d below: I. Constitution. A Village/Ward/ Gram Sabha (whichever applicable) Level Task Force will be constituted with 6-10 members. i. Villages in the remote areas with less than 150 houses should be clubbed together to forrn a Joint Task Force of about 200 households ii. The selection of the members and constitution of the Task Force will be notified by the Deputy Commissioner concerned after due consultation with the MLA of the-constituercy, reputed CSO/NGO active in the area and the local club(s). II. Assistance by Government. Task Force would be provided with PPE kit, sanitizers, masks etc. by the Health :Department through the Deputy Commissioners/ Chief Medical Officers i Each Task Force will be provided mobility support at the rate of Rupees 1000/- per day.
