Minutes of the meeting held on 2tlo6l2o1g of the Monthty Monitoring Meeting in terms of the Honorabte High court Letter No. Hc.vr- 6l2ol2lt043-54/srr dated the 3'd of october, 2o12 and Notification No. 52 dated 20th of August 2013

A meeting was held in the chamber of District & Sessions Judge, on 2U0612018 along with the members of the Monthly Monitoring Meeting - Shri. Sanjay Dutta, Addl. Deputy Commissioner (Representative of Deputy Commissioner), Shri. Nitya Ranjan Chutia, Additional Superintendent of Police (Representative of Superintendent of Police), Dibrugarh, to discuss about the delay in investigation and trials for improving the Justice Delivery System as per Notification no. 52 dated August 2013. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Kumud Gogoi, Deputy superintendent, Medical College & Hospital, Dibrugarh (Represenlative of superintendent, AMCH) and Dr. Rajib Ranjan Gogoi, SDM & HO, Public Health Centre (Representative of Joint Director of Health Services ) as Special Invitee.

Issue no. I: Deputy superintenden! AMCH hinted about the financial crunch faced due to the non-availability of fund to meet the bare necessities of the abandoned mentally challenged persons admitted in AMCH. To meet the bare necessities like- toothpaste, detergents etc AMCH doesn,t have any separate reserved fund. on humanitarian ground presently it is being managed somehow. Addl. Deputy Commissioner was requested to look into the matter so that a separate fund can be sanctioned to meet the requirement. rssue no. II: Additional Superintendent of Police was applauded for extending his support for summoning the 13 numbers of Investigating Officers on behalf of the Court due to non-availability of proper address.

rssue no. rrr: For ensuring security arrangement of the court, appropriate locations positioning for of security personnei's was surueyed in presence of President and other senior members of the BAR Association. Issue no. fV: In view of the recent incident of violence that occurred in the Court premises, Additional Superintendent of Police was requested to confer the uB constable with a reward recognizing his exemplary bravery who was successful in overpowering the miscreant. rssue no. v: The members studied the figures of the number of processes seryed pending, and submitted by PI of the Court.
