College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy during the year 2000 and later worked at the Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi from the year 2001 to 2007. KRISHNAVENI Centre for Water Resources, Anna University, Chennai, India (Received 4 July 2017, Accepted 24 September 2018) e mail : [email protected] सार – विश्ि के अनेक देशⴂ की प्रलयकं ारी घटनाओ ं मᴂ बाढ़ एक प्रमुख प्राकृ तिक आपदा है। बाढ़ हर बार नदी के आकार को प्रभाविि करिी है जिसके कारण उस नदी के पयाािरण के िनस्पतियⴂ और िीिⴂ मᴂ बदलाि आिा है। भविष्य मᴂ िलिाय ु पररििना के कारण बाढ़ और सूखे की आितृ ि अधिक हो िाएगी िो िल प्रबंिन क्षेत्र के ललए गंभीर खिरा पदै ा कर सकिा है। इस शोि पत्र मᴂ माइके हाइड्रो ररिर 2016 मॉडल का उपयोग करके बाढ़ से िलिाय ु मᴂ पररििना के प्रभाि का विश्लेषण ककया गया है।िषा 2005, 2008, 2010 और 2011 मᴂ आई वपछली बाढ़ की पररघटनाओ ं का उपयोग करिे हुए इस मॉडल को अशं ांककि (कैललब्रेटेड) और ििै ीकृ ि ककया गया है। एस डी एस एम (सांजययकीय डाउन स्केललंग मॉडल) 饍िारा स्टेशन पैमाने पर ककए गए कायⴂ से पिा चला है कक कनाडाई िी सी एम (ग्लोबल सकुा लेशन मॉडल) मौसम प्राचलⴂ को कम आकं िे हℂ। हाइड्रोलॉजिकल मॉडल मᴂ दैतनक िषाा िाष्पो配सिना (ET0) और िायमु ंडलीय बदलािⴂ को संयया配मक 셂प से िलिाय ु पररििना परर饃श्य आर सी पी (प्रतितनधि सघनिा मागा) 4.5 से कम आंका गया है और बाढ़ आने की संभािना के ललए आर सी पी 8.5 को इनपटु और संशोिन के 셂प मᴂ प्रस्ििु ककया गया है। ऐसा पाया गया है कक आने िाले िषⴂ 2050 और 2080 मᴂ आर सी पी 4.5 एिं आर सी पी 8.5 दोनⴂ परर饃श्यⴂ मᴂ अधिकिम िषा ा मᴂ ि饍धि होगी और अधिक िषाा होगी। मौसम विज्ञान संबंिी प्राचलⴂ मंह पररििान से बाढ़ पर बडा प्रभाि पडेगा क्यⴂकक मौसम के पटै न ा मᴂ एक छोटा सा बदलाि हाइड्रोलॉजिकल चक्र को बहुि प्रभाविि करेगा। ABSTRACT.
