TONIGHT’S GAME – The Eagles take on the tonight for the third time in team history and for the first time at the .

THE SERIES – The Gulls lead the season series with a record of 2-0-0 after defeating Colorado in a pair of games in San Diego on November 9th and 10th.

THE ALL-TIME SERIES – Tonight marks the third meeting between the Eagles and Gulls, both teams are members of the AHL’s Pacific Division.

EAGLES’ LAST GAME (12/1) – Iowa Dmitry Sokolov netted the game-tying with just 5:09 remaining in regulation, as the Wild rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Colorado Eagles in a shootout, 3-2 on Saturday. By virtue of moving past regulation, Colorado has now posted at least one in the standings in each of the team’s last five contests.

GULLS’ LAST GAME (12/5) – Tucson scored four goals in the third period, including the final three goals of the contest, to defeat the San Diego Gulls, 5-2 on Wednesday. Gulls forwards Corey Tropp and Kalle Kossila each found the back of the net in the loss, as San Diego allowed two power-play goals on five shorthanded situations.

LAST MEETING (11/10) – Colorado Eagles forward netted a power-play goal and a shorthanded tally, but it would not be enough, as the Eagles fell to the San Diego Gulls, 3-2. made 40 saves on 43 shots in the loss, as Gulls forward Troy Terry collected the game-winning goal late in the third period to seal the victory.
