A HERITAGE-CHIC DINING EXPERIENCE AT THE FULLERTON HOTEL

À La Carte Dim Sum Buffet, Family-style and Individual Set Dinner Menus at Jade 17 and 18 June, from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Savour authentic Cantonese dim sum in the newly revamped Jade restaurant with a Dim Sum Brunch featuring over 50 handcrafted creations. Signature items include Deep-fried Taro Paste wrapped with Truffles and Mushrooms, Steamed Pork Siew Mai with Abalone, and Boiled Congee with Lobster and Dried Scallops.

The À La Carte Dim Sum Buffet is available for two seatings from 11.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., and 1.15 p.m. to 3.00 p.m., and priced at S$39* per adult and S$19*^ per child.

Awarded the Majestic Restaurant Asian Cuisine Chef of The Year 2016, Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng has also created an eight-course Family-style Set Menu and a six-course Individual Set Dinner Menu for the occasion. Four-course Italian Set Dinner at The Lighthouse Restaurant 17 and 18 June, from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine with an elevated panoramic view of the iconic Marina Bay. On Father’s Day weekend, Chef de Cuisine Carlo Marengoni presents a four-course set dinner of Wild-caught Amberjack with Salad and Basil Oil, Meat-stuffed Ravioli with Sage And Cheese Sauce, and a choice of Roasted Sea Bream Fillet, or Roasted Veal Loin with Root Vegetables and Truffled Mashed Potatoes. End the meal on a sweet note with a delightful Italian Pear Crumble.

Yayoi Kusama-inspired Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard 17 and 18 June, from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

In conjunction with the launch of the Yayoi Kusama exhibition at National Gallery Singapore, Executive Chef Enrico Pezzelato reimagines five of the artist’s eccentric installations into vibrant treats for The Courtyard’s 3-tier Afternoon Tea. In addition to Cucumber Sandwich with Ikura Roe, and Hot Scones with Clotted Cream, enjoy whimsical pastry renditions of “Life Is The Heart Of A Rainbow” - a cottony soft strawberry sandwiched between cocoa squares printed with striations of Kusama’s rainbow pattern, and “The Sun Wants To Go On A Journey 2012”, adapted into a polka-dotted dome- shaped mango cremeux on piped buttercream frosting and a chocolate sable base.
