Meanwhile, with the assistance of support organiza- tions, the community organizations in Dongcheng District established an internal management system and a coordination system; facilitated the development of modern com- munity organizations; stimulated the vitality of community; strength- ened communities’ capacity of self- governance, self-service, and self- monitoring; and finally, contributed to building a harmonious communi- ty.
