Conditions of special water use 1. Transfer of water to other water users and water abstraction above the established limit is prohibited. 2. It is forbidden to discharge sewage using the terrain. 3. In accordance with the Procedure for state accounting of water use, approved by the order of the Ministry of Environment from 16.03.2015 № 78, annually, no later than February 1 of the year following the reporting period, submit a report on water use form 2TP-water farm (annual). 4. Comply with the requirements of water legislation, in particular, Article 44 of the Water Code of Ukraine on the responsibilities of water users. 5. The conditions speciﬁed in the conclusion of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine dated March 22, 2019 №5650 / 10 / 10-19:

5.1. The amount of groundwater extraction from the water intake structure should not exceed the value of the recommended operating ﬂow. 5.2. Adhere to sanitary and technical norms for maintenance of production wells and water-bearing communications, timely repair and sealing of a well that has failed.

5.3. Contamination of groundwater with sewage and solid waste, petroleum products, pesticides, mineral fertilizers and other chemicals is prohibited. 5.4. Keep records of the actual selection of groundwater, its quality and depth of water level in the production well. 5.5. Use subsoil in accordance with Articles 19 and 23 of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine. 5.6. To comply with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 2024 of 18.12.1998 and the Law of Ukraine "On Drinking Water, Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage" of 10.01.2002 № 2918-III, regarding the regime of sanitary protection zones of groundwater from pollution.

5.7. Provide annually by January 20 of the year following the reporting year the data of regime observations, information on the actual water abstraction and the results of chemical analyzes on the form 7-GR (groundwater) SE "Centrukrgeologiya" (18030, Cherkasy , 13 Tatynetska Street, tel. 0472) 71-06-17) and DNVP "Geoinform of Ukraine" (03057, Kyiv, 16 Anton Tsedika Street, tel.
