MUNSIFF COURT INFORMATION MANDATED UNDER SECTION 4(1) (B) OF THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005 I. Munsiff Court Devikulam: Taking judicial decision in all civil cases filed in this court and execute the orders. II. 1) Munsiff: Taking judicial decision in all civil cases execute the orders. 2) Junior Superintendent verify and receive all cases and documents filed before the court and number them. He supervise all works done by the other staffs and give directions. 3) Establishment clerk: All establishment works done by him. Preparation of court fee refund and check application etc. 4) Bench Clerk: All cases filed in the court are called by bench clerk in open court. He has to right all judicial proceedings in 'A Diary' or entered it in CIS and he has to prepare all statements in bench section. 5) Bench Assistant: They help bench clerk for smooth functioning of that section. There works include righting summons, notice keep upto date all registered in bench section etc. 6) Confidential Assistant: She dictate all judicial proceedings and prepare its draft. 7) Account Clerk: He do all account works including preparation of salary bill. 8) Deputy Nazir: Taking judicial decision to execute process connected with judicial order. 9) Despatch / Inward / Court fee Clerk: He entered all papers received in the court in the prescribed register and despatch all papers, court fee affixed in all papers are entered in court fee register. 10)Fare Copy Section: All typing works are done by the staffs of that section. 11)Decree Section: Decree in all disposed cases are done by the decree clerk. 12)Amin: Execute attachment, Delivery, Warrant, etc. 13)Process Server: Serve injunction, Order, Summons, etc. 14)Attender: Record Section register maintaining, sorting of case records and punching.
