Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce;
BOW: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road From Burston Cross To Iter Corner;
BRADNINCH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Millway and Millway Gardens;
CHAWLEIGH: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Road Past St James Church
CHERITON BISHOP: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Church Lane;
CREDITON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Exeter Road, Four Mills Lane, Old Tiverton Road, Spruce Park, St Martins Lane, Threshers and Union Road; Revoke Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return Within 2 Hours on specified lengths of Down End; Limited Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6pm 2 Hours No Return Within 4 Hours on specified lengths of Alexandra Road;
CULLOMPTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of New Street and Queen Square;

Statement of Reasons
The restrictions are being proposed to resolve minor local issues that have been reported to the council and considered as part of the Mid Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee annual local waiting restrictions programme. Specific details of what is proposed at each location can be found within the deposit documents. The restrictions are proposed to avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising, for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians) and to preserve/improving the amenities of the area through which the roads run.
