Situation The small hamlet of Hentland stands on high ground overlooking the Wye valley and in the middle of farming countryside to the north of Ross on Wye. The pretty village of Hoarwithy with its pub and bridge over the river is close by. Fast roads give good access both to Ross and the City of Hereford, as well as links to the M50 and M4 at Newport. Train stations are at Hereford, Gloucester and Newport, with fast links to Paddington. The Property Bliss Cottage has been created from an old 18th Century stone barn. The wonderful Drawing Room and Dining Room open to the roof with its large chimney and fireplace at one end, is the impressive central room of the house. Within the room there is also an oak staircase that leads up to a galleried sitting room with a diamond shaped stain glass window in the roof apex.
