This is to certify that, we Public Work Department, National Highway Division Pali, hereby undertake to pay the entire (Double) amount of compensatory afforestation plantation in lieu of the forest area (4.217 ha) diverted for the purpose of widening and improvement of existing road up-to 2 and 4 lane with paved shoulder from Beawar (30+050) to Asind (74+000) section of 158 in Ajmer, Rajasmand and of Rajasthan state.

This is to certify that the forest area involved in the proposal unavoidable and bare minimum forest area i.e. 4.217 ha proposed for diversion in Ajmer, Rajasmand and Bhilwara divisions of Rajasthan state. The diverted forest land shall only be use for the widening and improvement of existing road up-to 2 and 4 lane with paved shoulder from Beawar (30+050) to Asind (74+000) section of 158 in Ajmer, Rajasmand and Bhilwara district of Rajasthan state.

Muck Disposal Plan 1. Calculation of muck to be generated. Swell Muck will not be generated. No factor has to be applied. calculation and swell factor is applicable. Undertaking is enclosed in this regard. 2. Quantity of muck to be utilized in the project If muck will be generated then it will be activities utilized in the project activities 3. Balance quantity of muck which requires No balance quantity will be left for disposal / management plan preparation of disposal / management plan. 4. Carriage of muck from the muck generation Not applicable site to the dumping site 5. Ownership of land and the consent of land Not applicable owners, in case muck disposal is proposed on non-forest land. 6. Undertaking for Payment of Net Present Value (NPV) of Forest Area

It is to certify that we, Public Works Department have applied for diversion of 4.217 ha of forest area for the purpose of widening and improvement of existing road up-to 2 and 4 lane with paved shoulder from Beawar (30+050) to Asind (74+000) section of 158 in Ajmer, Rajasmand and Bhilwara district of Rajasthan state. The proposed alignment is passing through the Pali and in the state of Rajasthan.

We, hereby, undertake to pay the net present value (NPV) of the above forest land. We also undertake to pay the additional amount of NPV, if so determined as per the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Undertaking for Area Calculation

This is to certify that the forest area calculation has been carried out by Auto CAD software after accurate ground trothing with forest officials. There is no direct multiplication of length and width method applied for the area calculation.
