The planning effort was accomplished through considerable assistance and cooperation of the Authority’s Chief Executive Officer, the Governing Board of the Downtown Investment Authority and its Redevelopment Plan Committee, along with Downtown Vision, Inc. the City’s Office of Economic Development and the Planning and Development Department.
