2 Standing Items 1. Member Feedback – relevant to the whole CNP • Cllr Jenkin is looking at inequity between different

surgeries re vaccination. All surgeries now up and

running & Stithians Site available – you can attend or your surgery. (KD advised letters will be sent out). • Cllr Rand gave update on roll out of vaccinations. Budget setting time. Early years foundation stage need support. Home schooling & lack of equipment. • Cllr Keeling – advocate the NHS and the no reply service working well. Adult Social Care is a pressure on budget.

drive people to vaccination appts. • Cllr Thomas advised Community Chest can be used for chromebooks. 2. T&PC Updates – submitted in advance in writing. • Breage Parish Cl – MH read out update on highways scheme for and explained vote on prioritisation of schemes. If contingency funding remains after other projects then it can be used for Breage, Hendra Lane and Praa but will have to go to project brief, design team,

consultation and programming.

• Yellow lines Praa sands. Colin Macleod showed pictures from a parishioner of blocked roads. It was agreed that the existing double yellow lines need to be refreshed and a budget identified as a matter of urgency. Enforcement is now covered by Cornwall Council Civil Parking Officers BUT if obstruction as per the photographs then it MH

becomes a Police Matter. NB report has to come from the person obstructed not just a general report. Action: MH to email Breage PCl to update. 3. Police Update – Inspector Martin Roberts – • request for links for Social Media pages in order for people to report things more readily. Proactive rather than reactive. • Tri service officer training begins March/April and Helston due an officer. • G7 Policing as normal. • Questions re incident at weekend re illegal parking and obstructions through Hendra Lane and surrounding area – double yellow lines needed. Action: Request through Cornwall Council 4. RNAS Culdrose Update – Cdr Martin Barlow: update given. Business as normal as possible with support to pandemic where required.
