RUDSETI’s core offering is its free, unique and intensive short term training programmes with free food and accommodation. ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARENESS PROGRAMME

Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes (EAPs) to orient the youth towards the self-employment as an attractive career alternative. The guidance provided in these camps generates enough interest in participating rural youth to opt self-employment as a carrier opportunity. We are getting assistance from the District Financial Literacy Center, Directors of Employment Exchange, District Industries Centre, many voluntary organizations and branches of commercial banks, RRBs in successful conduct of these programmes.  A technology transfer program on vegetable production and its marketing was organized in association with district team of SRLM, Bihar at Banthu village of Bhagwanpur block on 16.03.2021. FOLLOW UP

The post-training escort service is the most distinguished feature of RUDSETI model of training. We give maximum importance to it and devote considerable amount of time to follow-up the trainees for a minimum period of two years after the training. It involves co-ordinating with various

agencies for assisting trainees for setting up self- employment ventures. Follow-up helps the trainees to sustain motivational level and ground their projects at the earliest. The various modes of follow-up are Follow up and Unit Visit correspondences, individual contacts and meetings

at village, block and district levels. During the process, the trainees are provided with valuable suggestions with suitable counseling wherever needed. We also formulate and prepare project reports for the trainees. This system enables the Institute to assess the impact of the training and problems faced by the trainees particularly with

regard to availability of finance.

MARKETING SUPPORT

RUDSETI BAZARS are organized to provide marketing support to the RUDSETI trained entrepreneurs. This facilitates the participants to get an insight about the market trends and customer behavior. We will be organizing at least one bazaar in the coming year during mela, exhibition or special occasions. RUDSETI conducts National Level Exhibition-cum-Sale at Dharmasthala during Lakshdeepotsav in November and December. Trained entrepreneurs from all the units of RUDSETI participate in the events.
