Which will be replaced by two 2-story residential buildings, each will have an overall height of 30± feet. Each new residential building will encompass 30,935± square feet for a total of 61,870± square feet. The two proposed residential buildings will be located on the west end of the HBFC campus. The project also includes the construction of a new one-story, 22,748± square foot day-treatment building to be located on a currently vacant and undeveloped portion of the campus. A new primary access drive onto the campus from the adjoining Vista Del Sol is also proposed. Location: Immediately west of Vista Del Sol, north of Country Club Drive and east of the Eisenhower Medical Center campus (APN: 685-270-017 and 685-280- 016, -017, and -028) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City of Rancho Mirage CITY COUNCIL RE: consideration of the above referenced application pursuant to Rancho Mirage Municipal Code Title 17. Pursuant to CEQA an Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for consideration. The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 69-825 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage, California, at which time and place pertinent testimony will be heard. Members of the public will also be able to participate in the Public Hearing via remote access by contacting the City Clerk at (760) 324-4511 Ext. 488, or via email to [email protected], by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. If you challenge this proposed activity in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission sufficiently prior to the Public Hearing to enable its consideration by them.
