October 2018 Dan Olofsson joins the Leadership Council of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights We are honored to have Dan Olofsson become a member of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Leadership Council among many such inspired members committed to continuing Robert F. Kennedy’s legacy to stand against oppression and fight for justice. Dan Olofsson has expanded the Swedish family held group Danir across 14 countries over the last 32 years. The core holding is the consulting firm Sigma Group with 4,300 employees working with research and development. Together with his wife Christin, they are the founders of Star for Life, a prevention program against HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa where 300,000 young people have benefited through the program. Olofsson is also a founder of the job creation program Uppstart Malmö. We are delighted to have Olofsson join our esteemed membership and look forward to the insight he will bring in helping us achieve a more just and peaceful world. Along with Ethel Kennedy, as well as President Bill Clinton, Amartya Sen, Caroline Kennedy, Archbishop Tutu, and otherNobel Peace Prize laureates, additional members of the Robert F.
