ADDITIONAL COSTS
Press Call/Press £500+VAT - £10,000+VAT (per day) Stunts/Product Charges will be set according to the nature of the shoot and level of disruption caused i.e. road closures, other restrictions to Launches park life, and size of area occupied and similar. Student filmmakers will receive an 80% discount on standard filming charges Student Filming A letter on headed paper from the educational establishment must be provided to establish student status
£50 - £250 +VAT per vehicle, dependant on size / length of time on site. Vehicles & Parking Parking is subject to availability. There will be a maximum number of vehicles per park and this figure cannot be exceeded Unit base only It may be possible to unit base in a Royal Park by request. Pre-wedding (inc engagement shoots), wedding & If you would like to have your wedding photographs taken in any of The Royal Parks, please email us for an application form. The civil partnership fees for a permit range from £60+VAT to £100+VAT depending on the Park. photography permits Family & portrait If you would like to have your family or portrait photographs taken in any of The Royal Parks, please email us for an application photography form. The fees for a permit range from £60+VAT to £100+VAT depending on the Park. permits Bonds Depending on the nature of the project, a bond may be required to safeguard against damage and/or reinstatement In the event that the filming or photography is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged of half the fee (to a maximum of £500). Cancellation Fee Productions cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full filming fee An administration fee of £50+VAT will be charged for any amendments made to applications once the location agreement has Amendment Fee been issued. Late notice Where an application is accepted with less than 5 working days notice, a late notice fee of £50+VAT may apply. applications Low-budget A reduced rate is available to productions which can prove funding from the following sources: local authority production fund, productions Film London production fund, UKFC, other regional screen agencies On occasion we need to provide staff to supervise or assist with your shoot. If this is necessary they will be charged at the following rates: Staff Costs Senior Consultant £78 Per Hour £550 Per Day (8 hours) Consultant £57 Per Hour £400 Per Day (8 hours) Steward/admin £50 per Hour £350 Per Day (8 hours)
