Sagrantino Passito Adanti 2010 (0,375) 9 Intense ruby red with violet hues and is a jubilation of wild cherry, myrtle, marasca cherry and blackberry. Its stunningly fresh taste reveals a perfect balance of sugars and acidity.

Porto Vintage Calem 9 Classic young vintage Port notes of blue/black fruit, tight and supple, a touch graphite and slightly inky nose. On the palate filled with smooth, sweet fruit, unruffled by tannins, a keen cherry acidity, long and sweet, raisin flavours with a bittersweet edge and cherry acids.

Moscato Rosa Zeni 2017 (0,375) 12 Deep ruby. Cloves, cinnamon, rose and woodland at the nose. Nice structure. Full body, long fruity persistence.

Meursault Latour-Giraud Cuvée Charles Maxime 2017, Burgundy, France 110

A flat-out sexy wine. Super-ripe stone fruits front and center, framing them with lemon zest, toasted nuts, white wildflowers, anise seed, and a waft of petrol. Textured and lively, this wine nonetheless feels substantial and round, exhibiting the tensions that make Latour-Giraud’s 2017 releases so appealing.

Cervaro della Sala Antinori 2017, Umbria, Italy 110

A blend of Chardonnay grapes and a small quantity of Grechetto make a wine that can age over time and represent the elegance and complexity of this unique estate. Cervaro della Sala is one of the first Italian white to have malolactic fermentation and aging take place in barriques. Made with local Ripoli, Ginestra and Fenile grapes, this white wine has as lovely, intense and fruity aroma of citrus and white peach along with scents of aromatic herbs, sage and chamomile. Impressive on the palate with an outstanding complexity due to a fusion of sweetness, tastiness and softness. A prolonged finish.

Muffo Sergio Mottura 2015 (0,375) 70 The noble rot ("muffa") attached grechetto grapes under very specific conditions and gives this wine its name and its essential characteristics. After fermentation the wine is left to mature in oak casks for approximately twelve months. Is a golden wine, crystal clear with amber glints. It has a very intense bouquet, simultaneously generous, persistent, delicate and ethereal. In the mouth, it is mature, creamy and harmonious with undertones of honey.

Picolit Colutta 2005 (0,375) 100 Limited production. Aromas of stone fruit, apricot, dried mint, orange zest and ginger. It shows pretty complexity and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
