His ability to develop players has allowed his teams to win both conference and regional championships at OU.

Whether traveling to the links with a group of seasoned veterans and winning the 2006 Big 12 Championship or earning Ragan’s eighth consecutive NCAA Regional bid in 2008 when nine of the 10 roster spots were filled by underclassmen, Ragan has a knack for maximizing every player’s potential.
