Further to your enquiry regarding suppliers who were successful / unsuccessful in the above tenders.

1. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract below and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.*

 Fischer Education Project Ltd.  Butterfly Projects  Fusion Integration Limited  Learning Plus UK Data Ltd  LE Wales (a division of Economics Ltd)  National Foundation for Educational Research in England and Wales  PricewaterhouseCoopers  SoftSkan Limited

Fisher Education Project Ltd were successful in winning all 3 lots

For questions 2 and 3, I have concluded that the information we hold is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information (FOIA) – information available to the applicant by other means. . Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? There was an option to extend all lots for an additional 2 years.

Only Lot 1 was extended - for an additional 2 years to August 2018.

5. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Lot 2 – no extension or renewal

Lot 3 has been retendered and contract awarded until April 30th 2021

I can confirm that the following organisations/ Joint Ventures (JV) applied for inclusion.

 BAM Nuttall/Skansa (JV)  Bouygues Travaux Publics (UK Branch)/Alun Griffiths Contractors Ltd/SRB Civil Engineering UK Ltd (JV)  Construction/ Civil Engineering Ltd/American Bridge International (JV)  Costain/Vinci Construction/ (JV)  Ferrovial Agroman UK Ltd/Dawnus Construction Holdings Ltd/Aecom Ltd(JV)  Morgan Sindall/FCC Construction/Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd (JV)

Costain/Vinci/Taylor Woodrow (JV) was successful in winning the contract.

The contract is being delivered using industry standard terms and conditions. Clauses in these terms and conditions do allow for extensions in specific circumstances. The parameters of these extensions however are not pre-defined - an assessment as to the length of any extension is made upon the specific circumstances arising
