Regulamin Promocji: Regulamin promocji: "Lustrzanki 50zł taniej”. 1. Organizatorem promocji "Lustrzanki 50zł taniej" (Promocja) jest operator Sklepu Internetowego: "Euro - net" Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, adres: ul. Muszkieterów 15, 02-273 Warszawa, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie, Wydział XIII Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS 0000117710, NIP: 5270005984, REGON: 010137837, GIOŚ: E0003818WZBW, kapitał zakładowy 560.190,00,- zł. 2. O ile z niniejszego regulaminu Promocji nie wynika inaczej, słowa użyte w niniejszym regulaminie Promocji pisane wielką literą mają znaczenie jak w Regulaminie Serwisu Internetowego www.euro.com.pl 3. Promocji obowiązuje: od godz. 12.00 dn. 3 lutego 2016 r. do godz. 23.59 dn. 7 lutego 2016r. - decyduje data i godzina wysłania Zamówienia na serwer Sklepu Internetowego. 4. Uczestnikiem Promocji jest Klient. 5. Promocja polega na możliwości skorzystania przez Klienta składającego Zamówienie w Sklepie Internetowym z udostępnianego przez Usługodawcę na http://www.euro.com.pl/search.bhtml?keyword=mktbadlustrzanka50 kodu cyfrowo- literowego OBIEKTYW50 (Kod), przy pomocy którego Klient może obniżyć cenę Towaru, dla którego Usługodawca udostępnił możliwość zastosowania Kodu o wartość przyporządkowaną przez Usługodawcę i stanowiącą różnicę między uwidocznioną w Sklepie Internetowym ceną Towaru podaną jako promocyjna, a ceną Towaru podaną jako "bez kodu". 6. Kodem objęte są wyłącznie Produkty z Tabeli 1. 7. Kod nie łączy się z innymi kodami rabatowymi dostępnymi w Sklepie Internetowym, w ramach innych promocji. 8. Promocja z Kodem nie łączy się z promocjami dotyczącymi produktów finansowych w Sklepie Internetowym oraz w Sklepie fizycznym. 9. Jeden Klient może kupić tylko jedną sztukę tego samego Towaru objętego Kodem. 10. Kod może być wykorzystany wyłącznie w trakcie składania Zamówień w Sklepie Internetowym. 11. Kod może być wykorzystany przy wszystkich formach płatności stosowanych w Sklepie Internetowym. 12. Kod nie podlega wymianie na ekwiwalent pieniężny lub inne towary lub usługi. Kod nie podlega obrotowi handlowemu. 13. Wszelkie reklamacje, zastrzeżenia lub uwagi dotyczące Promocji mogą być składane w formie pisemnej i przesłane pocztą w terminie 14 (czternaście) dni od zakończenia Promocji na adres: Euro-net Sp. z o.o. ul.
