Job Purpose

A is required to support delivery across IT strategies, objectives and roadmaps. The role will involve information gathering, analysis, process and data work, project implementing and delivery and stakeholder . Strong and excellent documentation and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to engage with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with CTO to deliver IT Strategy and own/ manage relationships. • To analyse and understand business needs, project vision, scope and core objectives in the context of delivering the IT Strategy. • Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to define solution requirements.

• Define and deliver the best solutions for the business, securing business sign off, engagement and achievable through business platforms. • Elicit detailed and granular functional requirements and/or user journey and be able deliver artefacts when needed. • Workflow/ flow diagrams. • Data Modelling: Stored & captured in various applications. • Facilitate work estimation, total cost of ownership and sizing for requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to establish technical vision and analyse trade-offs. • Create test plans in alignment with the business and test scripts to ensure quality and coverage of the testing. • Develop training material and run training sessions for business users when necessary across various applications. • Coordinate and manage change requests when needed. • Risk assessment using methods to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate those risks.

Key Measures

• Production of project artefacts such as business requirements, project plans, RAID logs, status reporting. • Milestone activities delivered against plan. • Alignment to PMO processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent. • Business Analysis qualification (CBAP or similar) will be considered favourably.

Required Experience

• Strong business analysis experience working in both business and IT environments. • Experience with both waterfall and agile frameworks and methodologies.

Skills and Competencies

• Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision. • Credibility and confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. • Cross functional relationship building is paramount as the role must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders. • Advanced skills in relation to MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint. • Experience with Salesforce.com. • Delivery focus and ability to work to tight deadlines. • Troubleshooting and getting things done in a changing organisation. • Working in an Agile project delivery environment. • Experience of working with and delivering ISO 27001.
