Team La Gang is proud to propose RCLandia permanent indoor track to host next EFRA 2014 European Champonship class stage for 1:12th scale at a top class venue in the city of Scandiano. A true CRC carpet track area (approx. 30mt x 20mt) r/c racing stadium with grand stand accommodation for spectators. The track design is tailored for 1:12 and is second to none.
The rostrum complex features a 12m drivers stand, race control and technical inspection. The drivers paddock will offer enough pit table space to easily accommodate up to 130 racers.
Separate rooms are available for EFRA Officials and Team Manager meetings, and to accommodate the press.
High speed Wi-Fi internet is available for the press, web and internet TV media and will connect this event with the world.

2 VENUE

2.2 Facilities The indoor track has full range of service for the drivers, teams and spectators. The race control is located opposite to the driver stand on the right. Rooms with 100 cm of space for each driver are available in the area. Sufficient parking space near the track A catering service will be set up to serve hot meals during the race Wide Tyre Truing area with 220 V and also 12v power supply
2.3 Pit Area Permanent covered pit area with 220 V supply Compressed air Monitors to supply the drivers and mechanics with race results and driver info Room for 70 drivers which can be extended to 130 Internet is available in facility to host online streaming. 3 GENERAL
3.1 Rules
The race runs according to 2014 EFRA General EC and 2014 EFRA Electric onroad rules Both batteries and motors are homologated by EFRA. Current lists can be found from EFRA website at www.efra.ws For batteries lists from 2010 to 2014 are valid

Time keeping will be done with AMBrc systems. Myrcm will be used as a time keeping software

Sun Hotel is situated just few hundred metres from the centre of Rubiera. The town is about half a way between the cities of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Several Exhibition-centres, where International well-known fairs take place, are close by. Alternatively you might like to discover some of the local tourist attractions or enjoy the typical regional dishes, in both cases you should be impressed. Without using the car you may find a variety of activities within the complex or within a few tens of meters as: cinemas, spaghetti-house, mozzarelleria-house, brewery, and various pizzerias and restaurants. Railway station and bus station of Rubiera are closeby, allowing easy access to guests without car.

4 LOGISTICS
4.1 Airport Bologna Airport (BLQ) (www.bologna-airport.it) is located approx. 60 km east of the venue Verona Airport (VRN) (www.aeroportoverona.it) is located approx. 110 km south-east of the venue Milano Airports (MXP and LIN) (www.sea-aeroportimilano.it) are respectively located approx.170 km and 220 km west of the venue then train stops at Reggio Emilia and, hence, local train to Scandiano, or Highway A1.
4.2 Rental cars
All the regular rental car companies operate at the Airports, you can easily check your preferences visiting the above official websites.
From the North A22 Brennero Highway towards Modena, continue on the A1 highway (direction Bologna), Modena Nord exit along the Via Emilia SS9 towards Reggio Emilia. Continue following the directions to Scandiano.
From the South (Florence) A1 towards Bologna, continue in the direction of Milan, Modena Nord exit, follow the "Via Emilia" SS 9 in the direction of Reggio Emilia and follow the signs to Scandiano.
From Reggio Emilia, take the SS 467 towards Sassuolo-Scandiano.
From Parma A1 direction Bologna, exit at Reggio Emilia, then follow signs to Scandiano.
From Modena Take the "Via Emilia" SS9 towards Reggio Emilia, then follow the signs to Scandiano.
4.3 Train
One option to travel from airport to Scandiano is by train.
From the Central Station in Reggio Emilia (served by line Milan - Bologna and about 14 km from Scandiano) take the local RES Reggio Emilia - Sassuolo to Scandiano.
