(Er), Kolkata Notice STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (ER), KOLKATA NOTICE RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF “WILDLIFE INSPECTOR” for O/o Regional Deputy Director, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau, Eastern Region, Kolkata, advertised vide category No.ER-02 of Advt. No.ER-03/2012 Notice for recruitment to the Selection Post of “WILDLIFE INSPECTOR”, Group ‘B’ for O/o Regional Deputy Director, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau, Eastern Region, Kolkata, was published in the Employment News/ Rojgar Samachar edition dated 28th July – 3rd August, 2012, vide category No.ER-02 of Advertisement No.ER-03/2012. 27th August, 2012 was the closing date for receipt of applications in the Commission’s Office (Regional Office at Kolkata) which was extended up to 3rd September, 2012 in respect of candidates residing in designated remote areas. Details of the post, vacancy position, essential qualifications, age limit and other conditions are given in paragraph 1.1 of the said Notice. However, essential qualifications, age limit etc. of the said post are given below for sake of ready reference. Essential Qualifications: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Zoology as a subject; and ii) Diploma/Certificate in Wildlife Management awarded by the Wildlife Institute of India or equivalent. Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 27.08.2012 (Age relaxation is admissible as per Instructions) Vacancy : 1 UR [age relaxation not available for belonging to OBC/SC/ST categories] Note: The post is not identified suitable for PH candidates. 2. Applications received for the said post of WILDLIFE INSPECTOR have been scrutinized and applications of following candidates have been found that they have not submitted any Documents/Certificates for Essential Qualification (ii) i.e. Diploma/Certificate in Wildlife Management awarded by the Wildlife Institute of India or equivalent, with their applications. 3. The Candidates may submit their Requests (clearly mentioning Name and Roll No.) for reconsideration of their applications/candidatures, if any, with supporting Documents/Certificates for EQ(ii). The Request may be sent immediately through SPEED POST/ by FAX (033- 22904424)/through E-MAIL ([email protected]), so that it reaches the Commission’s Regional Office at Kolkata, positively by 01.11.2013. Applications received after 01.11.2013, shall not be considered under any circumstances. Under the Avahan India AIDS Initiative funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Council’s National AIDS Research Institute, Pune is collecting biological and behavioural trend data in Indian population. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between ICMR and Merck for initiation of clinical trial of HPV vaccine in India. There has been significant growth and development in national and international scientific collaborations between ICMR and other scientific agencies in India and abroad.
