Liberty Resources Limited (“Liberty”, ASX: LBY) is pleased to announce it has secured a one hour meeting with Virgin billionaire, Sir Richard Branson. The meeting is scheduled for March 2010 when Branson will be visiting Perth, Western Australia.
Branson founded Virgin in 1970 as a mail-order record retailer, and has since grown the Virgin Group empire to over 200 companies in more than 30 countries.
The Virgin Group includes Virgin Earth Challenge, an initiative by Branson and Al Gore to encourage a viable technology that will reduce atmospheric greenhouse gases and contribute to the sustainability of the Earth’s climate. He has also recently started his latest venture called Virgin Fuel, over the next four years he will invest approximately $1 billion into alternative fuels.
