Chief Medical Officer’s Annual Report 2014-15: The Committee will take evidence on the Chief Medical Officer’s Annual Report 2014-15 from— Dr Catherine Calderwood, Chief Medical Officer, Professor Craig White, Divisional Clinical Lead Healthcare Quality and Strategy, and Graham Kramer, National Clinical Lead for Self-Management and Health Literacy, Scottish Government; Angus Cameron, Medical Director, NHS Dumfries and Galloway. 2.
