The stone facades harmonize with the naturalistic context of rare beauty in which the villa is located, where the most refined luxury is combined in total harmony with the uncontaminated and wild landscape. Villa Orchestra sul Mare, is divided into five independent units, each consisting of two double bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace and can accommodate up to 26 people.

There are two large swimming pools, terraced gardens and various verandas overlooking the beach and the sea which complete this charming property. In one of these verandas a Jacuzzi has recently been installed where you can relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the sea.

The villa is perfect for events, weddings, Yoga retreats or cooking classes. Genn'e Mari beach, "leads to the sea", together with Cann'e Sisa, enchanting corners of paradise adorn the promontory on which the Torre delle Stelle bay stands. Two half-moons of white sand that gently thin out towards the clear and uncontaminated sea, typical of Sardinia. The shallow and sandy seabed is suitable for children to swim in complete tranquility. Suite Armonia is located at the highest level of the property, thus offering the widest sea view ever. It is ideal for families or for couples of friends looking for comfort and exclusive luxury. Consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms with shower, a kitchen area and a living / dining area that serves as a common entrance and direct access to the terrace and pool. On this level there is only the Suite Armonia, flanked by one of the 2 common swimming pools of Villa Orchestra. Also on this level, in a corner more sheltered by vegetation, there is a common barbecue, which can be used to organize a barbecue with friends.

SUITE MELODIA Suite Melodia internally consists of a large living area very bright thanks to the splendid window and glass entrance door: it is embellished with unique furnishing elements, such as the large solid wood table, the inlaid furniture with an exotic taste, the fireplace with inserts in juniper and natural sculptures that turn into light points for the evening. It is the only Suite to have a separate, very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen for organizing lunches and dinners for a large group of family or friends. From the living room, two separate entrances lead to the 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

SUITE SUONO del BLU

Suite Suono Del Blu is immediately adjacent to the Melodia Suite and is dedicated to children: the furniture and beds are in fact made to measure to create a playful and nautical environment. You enter on a small common entrance that opens onto 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. One room offers a made-to-measure bunk bed, and the other room is furnished with a beautiful queen size loft bed that recalls the shape of a boat, and which offers a small play area underneath. Suite Polifnoia is on level 1, inside, the furnishings are beautiful and functional. The large living area with kitchenette and a comfortable dining table also offers a sofa with a modern style. Light is guaranteed by the large French window that allows you to have lunch while looking at the sea. The living area leads to the left to a quiet double bedroom with large and bright bathroom with glass shower, and to the right to the other large double bedroom with a splendid sea view, also its bathroom with shower.

SUITE CANTO

Suite Canto is spread over 2 levels of the Villa and for this reason offers two separate entrances. It consists of a very bright living area thanks to large windows, with a large solid wood table, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large sofa. From here you enter the first double bedroom with custom-made furnishings and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large sofa. From the living area of the Suite, a spiral staircase leads to the second double bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

SUITE SINFONIA

It is the smallest and most intimate Suite, ideal for a family or two couples of close friends, and offers a splendid view of the sea thanks to the outdoor terrace that opens the view on the hillside. It From the large French window that lights up the common area of the Suite, you can access on the left and right to the 2 independent double bedrooms with their 2 bathrooms with shower. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful fireplace with a juniper insert, a sofa and a large and comfortable dining table.
