(One of the most impressive Haut Brion of the last half century!)

"1961 Haut-Brion is pure perfection, with gloriously intense aromas of tobacco, cedar, chocolate, minerals, and sweet red and black fruits complemented by smoky wood. Last tasted 3/97" - Robert Parker, Wine Advocate 100 Points

Recent Cellar Tracker Rating (1/20/14) 100 Points: I have had 3 bottles of this wine and this one was truly perfect. It's a wine, at least from this bottle, that seems like it could live for ever! Had along side of the 61 Cheval Blanc. On this night it really the HB stood well above the CB. An amazing bottle!
