Every Scout deserves a well trained leader. Are you that leader? The Wood Badge Centennial update course continues the long tradition of providing advanced training for today’s scout leaders. The updated course is five days and reflects current approaches to a variety of topics that are relevant across all program areas of the .

Through Wood Badge you will gain valuable tools in listening, communicating, conflict management, project planning and leading change. You will learn to better understand and leverage diversity and the generational differences of society. You will learn to lead with a vision. You will learn the skills that will make you a better to benefit the youth we serve.

My family and my Scoutmaster instilled that trait in me. It will be my privilege to lead a Wood Badge training team for today’s fantastic volunteer leaders who understand the value of being well trained as we serve today’s youth. Please join me and my team as we embark on a life-changing adventure that will share leadership skills and techniques that you will use in , your personal life and in your careers.
