Installing the SendPro Online Mobile App

In order to use the SendPro Online Mobile App, you first need to install the app on your phone. The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Method 1

1. Scan this QR code to go directly to the app in your phone's app store.

2. Download and install it as you would any other app.

Method 2

1. On your phone, open the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google Android). 2. Search for SendPro Online. 3. Tap on the SendPro Online Mobile App. 4. Download and install it as you would any other app.

Installing a printer on an Android phone for the SendPro Online Mobile App

To print shipping labels directly from your Android phone, you first need to install a printer on your phone.

1. On your phone, go to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > > Default Print Service.

l If you do not have this option, open Settings and search for printing. 2. If a list of printers does not appear, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select Add printer.

3. To add the printer using its IP address: a. Tap Add printer by IP address. b. Enter the IP address of your printer. This can be found in the printer's settings. c. Tap Add. 4. To add the printer using Wi-Fi Direct: a. Enable Wi-Fi Direct on your printer. Consult your printer manufacturer’s help if needed. b. On your phone, tap the slider next to Wi-Fi Direct printing to turn it on. c. Once the printer appears in the list, tap on it.

Installing a printer on an Apple iPhone for the SendPro Online Mobile App

To print shipping labels from your Apple iPhone, you first need to install a printer on your phone. The printer must be AirPrint enabled and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Consult Apple's AirPrint help page if needed.

1. On your phone, open Safari. 2. Go to any website, e.g., google.com.

3. Tap the Share icon. 4. Tap Print. If Print is not visible, you may need to swipe or scroll to view it. 5. Tap Select Printer. 6. Tap on the printer you wish to use. Once Print is enabled, the printer is installed.

7. Tap Cancel to back out of printing the Safari page and return to the SendPro Online Mobile App.

Adding postage in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can add postage to your USPS account through the SendPro Online Mobile App.

1. On the Home screen, tap Funding. 2. To add one of the preset amounts, tap on it. 3. To add a different amount, tap Custom and enter the amount on the line. 4. (Optional) To assign this postage purchase to a cost account, tap the Cost Account menu and select the account. 5. Tap Add Postage.

Signing out of the SendPro Online Mobile App

Sign out of the SendPro Online Mobile App if you need to sign in with a different account.

1. From the home screen, tap the menu in the upper left corner. 2. Select Sign Out. You can now sign in as a different user.

Adding an Address to the Address Book in the SendPro Online Mobile App

Addresses added in the SendPro Online Mobile App are also visible on other SendPro products.

To add an address manually:

1. On the home screen, tap Address Book. 2. (Optional) If you wish to add a sender instead of a recipient, tap the Senders tab.

3. Tap the add icon. 4. Enter the contact details. 5. Tap Save.

To add an address using the camera:

1. On the home screen, tap Address Book. 2. (Optional) If you wish to add a sender instead of a recipient, tap the Senders tab.

3. Tap the add icon. 4. Tap Scan Address. 5. If prompted for access to your phone's camera, allow it. 6. Point the phone's camera at the address you wish to scan. Align the address inside of the and tap the camera (white circle) button. 7. Drag the corners of the box so that only the address is showing inside the box. Anything that is not part of the address should be cropped out. 8. Tap the check mark button. 9. Add any additional information you wish to add. 10. Tap Save.

Editing an Address in the SendPro Online Mobile App

Addresses edited in the SendPro Online Mobile App are also updated in the address books of other SendPro products.

1. On the home screen, tap Address Book. 2. If the address you wish to edit is a sender, tap the Senders tab. 3. Tap the address you wish to edit. 4. Tap the edit icon. 5. Edit the contact details as needed. 6. Tap Update.

Deleting an Address from the Address Book in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can delete addresses that you no longer need from your address book. Addresses deleted from the SendPro Online Mobile App address book are also removed from the address book in other SendPro products.

1. On the home screen, tap Address Book. 2. If the address you wish to delete is a sender, tap the Senders tab. 3. Tap the address you wish to delete. 4. Tap the delete icon. 5. Tap Delete.

Searching for an Address in the Address Book in the SendPro Online Mobile App

If there are many addresses in your address book, you can use search to locate the one you need.

1. On the home screen, tap Address Book. 2. To search senders instead of recipients, tap the Senders tab. 3. Tap the search icon. 4. Start typing part of the name or address. When you stop typing, matching addresses are displayed. 5. To close the search results, click the X. All addresses are displayed.

Creating a Shipping Label in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can use the SendPro Online Mobile App to create a shipping label on your phone and either print it directly from your phone or save it as a ship request to print from your computer later.

The SendPro Online Mobile App to can only create domestic shipping labels. To create international or APO labels, use SendPro Online in your web browser.

1. On the Home screen, tap Ship. 2. (Optional) To use a preset that you have created in the SendPro Online Mobile App, tap the Choose Preset tab and tap the desired preset. Presets must be created and edited in the SendPro Online Mobile App. Tip: If new presets were added in the SendPro Online Mobile App, you can swipe down in the app to refresh the presets list. 3. If not using a preset, tap the Choose Package Type tab and choose your packaging type.

l If using carrier-specific packaging, choose the desired carrier tab.

l If using your own packaging, choose the My Packaging tab. 4. If using carrier-specific packaging, select the package type. Scroll down to see more package types. 5. If using your own packaging, select the package type. To enter the dimensions and weight, tap on each field and enter the measurement. 6. Tap Continue. 7. The default sender address is used. To choose a different sender address, tap the sender address at the top and select the desired address. 8. Enter the recipient address, or tap the address book icon and select it from the address book. If you enter a new address, select the Add to address book box to save it in your address book. 9. To email the tracking number when you print the label, select the Email the tracking number box. The sender and recipient email addresses are automatically filled in if they are in the address book. To add another address, tap on the line below the box and enter it. 10. Tap Continue. 11. If prompted to verify the address, tap Use Suggested. 12. Select the service you wish to use. Scroll down to see all available services.

13. Optional:

l To add extra services, tap Add Extra Services, select the services, and tap Apply.

l To compare rates with different carriers, tap the carrier tabs at the top. If you selected a carrier- specific package type, you will only see rates from that carrier. To see rates from all carriers, select My Packaging.

l To sort the services, use the Sort By menu at the top.

l To go back to the previous step, tap the back arrow.

l To start over from step 2, tap Start Over. 14. Print the label now, or create a ship request to print later from your computer:

l To print the label directly from your phone if you have a printer installed: a. Tap Print. b. If the Label Options screen opens, select the label options, then tap Print. c. (Optional) Tap Print Sample to print a sample label. d. When the label opens, select the printer, select any other needed options, then tap Print to print the label. If you do not yet have a printer installed on your phone, you can select All printers > Add printer to add one.

l To create a ship request that you can print later from a computer: a. Tap the arrow next to the Print button and tap Create Ship Request. b. When ready to print the Ship Request, sign in to SendPro Online on a computer or other device from which you can print. c. In SendPro Online, go to Print > Ship Requests. Ship Requests do not appear in the SendPro Online Mobile App once created.

Note: If USPS SCAN Form printing is enabled in the SendPro Online Mobile App, the label will be added to the current SCAN Form.

Reprinting a label in the SendPro Online Mobile App

Shipping labels can be reprinted up to 24 hours from the initial printing.

1. Find the shipment you wish to reprint in the Recent or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen. Tip: Swipe down on the Recent or Watch tabs to refresh the list. 2. Tap the shipment.

3. Tap the 3 dots menu in the upper right. 4. Tap Reprint.

Requesting a USPS refund in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can request a USPS refund up to 30 days from the date on which you created the label.

l When you request a refund for USPS shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your postage balance.

l The refund process can take up to 20 days because USPS waits see if the label is used before crediting your account.

l You can track the refund status from the History screen.

1. Find the label you wish to refund on the Recent or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen. 2. Tap the shipment.

3. Tap the 3 dots menu in the upper right. 4. Tap Request Refund. 5. Check the box and tap Continue.

Voiding a FedEx or UPS label in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can void a UPS and FedEx shipping label so that its cost will not be applied to your UPS or FedEx invoice. This applies to UPS and FedEx only. For USPS, you must request a refund.

1. Find the shipment for which you wish to request a refund in the Recent or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen. 2. Tap the shipment.

3. Tap the 3 dots menu in the upper right. 4. Tap Void Label. 5. Check the box and tap Continue.

Viewing your History in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can view all of your previous shipments on the History screen.

1. On the Home screen, tap History. 2. (Optional) To filter the history by type of shipment, tap the All Shipments menu, then tap the desired shipment type. 3. (Optional) To filter the history by date, tap the Date Range menu. On the calendar, tap the start date, then tap the end date and tap OK. 4. To view the details of a shipment, select it in the list. The tracking details are displayed. 5. To view the label details, tap Show more details.

Tip: Swipe down on the History tab to refresh the list.

Tracking a Shipment in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can use SendPro Online Mobile App to track shipments that you have created in SendPro, as well as any package for which you have a tracking number.

To track a shipment that was sent through SendPro:

1. If the shipment you wish to track is listed under Recent or Watch on the Home screen, tap on it there. Tip: Swipe down on the Recent or Watch tabs to refresh the list. 2. If the shipment you wish to track is not listed under Recent or Watch, tap History, then tap on the package you wish to track.

To track a package for which you have a tracking number:

1. On the Home screen, enter the tracking number in the Package Tracking Number field. 2. To speak the tracking number instead of typing it, tap the microphone icon in the Package Tracking Number field and say the tracking number. 3. Tap the search button on the phone's keyboard. 4. If you have a , tap the camera icon in the Package Tracking Number field and point the phone's camera at the barcode. The tracking details automatically appear.

Emailing tracking information from the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can email the tracking information for a label that was created in the SendPro Online Mobile App.

1. Find the shipment on theRecentorWatchtabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen. 2. Tap the shipment.

3. Tap the Share icon in the upper right. 4. Enter the email address and tap Share.

Watching a shipment in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can more easily monitor selected shipments by adding them to the watch list, making it faster to access them right from the Home screen. You can add up to 10 shipments to the watch list.

Adding a shipment to the watch list

1. On the Home screen, tap History. 2. Tap the star next to the shipment you wish to watch.

Viewing a shipment on the watch list

1. On the Home screen, tap Watch. Tip: Swipe down on the Recent or Watch tabs to refresh the list. 2. To view the details of a watched shipment, tap on it.
