Boundary Description : North: Starting from a point at Langruk-Chayang Tajo foot path at geo-coordinates 27° 39'13.29" Nand 93°7' 47.58" E, the boundary moves eastwards along the ridge passing through peak point 1867 at geo-coordinates 27° 39’23.15" N and 93° 8’26.34" E upto Lachin Bagang-Chayang Tajo foot path at geo-coordinates 27°- 39' 20.88" Nand 93° 9' 244" E. East : Thence, southwards along the foot path upto the point where foot path coming from Namchar Bagang meet at geo-coordinates 27°- 39’3.36" N and 93° 9' 0.13" E. South: Thence, towards Soshi Namchar Bagang along the foot path for about 800 mtr. upto the point at geo-coordinates 27°- 38' 50.31" N and 93° 8'35.78" E, thence, at bearing 300° for distance of about 150 mtr. where it meets a rivulet of Pao Bung river at geo-coordinates 27°38' 52.52" N and 93° 8' 30.59" E. Thence, along the rivulet down stream upto Pao Bung river at geo-coordinates 27° 38' 57.24" and 93° 8'18.53" E. Thence, down stream along the Pao Bung river upto the point where it meets Soshi Namchar Bagang-Chayang Tajo foot path at geo-coordinates 27° 38' 42 75" N and 93° 7' 34.83" E. West : Thence, north wards along the foot path upto the starting point passing through a point at geo- coordinates 27°- 39' 4.75" N and 93° 7' 32.21" E. Ref : Toposheet No. 83 E/02 The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) (C) of Section 5 of the Assam Forest Regulation, 1891 (7 of 1891), is further pleased to appoint the Deputy Commissioner, East Kameng District. as the Forest Settlement Officer to inquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent of any right claimed by, or alleged to exist in favour of any person in or over any land comprised within such limits, described in the said Schedule and any claim relating to the practice within such limits, of Jhum Cultivation, and to deal with the same as provided in Chapter - II of the said Regulation. Furthermore, the Governor is also pleased to appoint the Divisional Forest Officer, Seppa Forest Division, to be the Forest Officer under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the said Regulation who shall assist the Forest Settlement Officer In the inquiry prescribed in Chapter - II of the Assam Forest Regulation, 1891. The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is further pleased to appoint the Secretary (GA), Government of Arunachal Pradesh to hear the appeals under section 15 of the said regulation. G. N.
